General Payment Information for AEP PSO Users

The holding company also owns AEP Energy, AEP Renewables, AEP Energy Partners, AEP OnSite Partners, and frequently sponsors the AEP Foundation and Oklahoma FFA Foundation.

AEP PSO serves over 550,000 customers in 232 cities in Oklahoma and has headquarters in Tulsa. According to the Chief Operating Officer, the company has a service area of over 30,000 square miles and has over 22,000 miles of distribution lines.

All AEP PSO customers are free to choose who supplies their electricity. While AEP PSO is a utility company that provides electric service and delivery, it doesn’t necessarily offer electric supply services.

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission regulates the rates offered by AEP PSO. If you do not opt for another electric supplier, you will get your electricity at the ‘Price to Compare.’

You can compare the rates and plans offered by electric suppliers with the Price to Compare to make an informed decision. You can learn more about the rates and tariffs provided by the Public Service Company of Oklahoma here.
