How to Pay Your Bill
There are four ways to pay your AEP Texas bill. You can change your payment method at any time.

How to Lower Your AEP Texas Bill
All AEP Texas customers have to purchase their electricity from a Retail Electric Provider. If you do not sign up with any REP, the Texas Public Utilities Commission will assign you a Provider of Last Resort (POLR).
