What is Autopilot?

Autopilot is a feature that lets Arbor secure you a personalized electricity supply rate plan automatically, through our trusted supply partners.

When we secure a favorable rate plan, we’ll automatically submit you to it on your behalf, notifying you along the way. Your new fixed rate will then appear on your utility bill within 1–2 billing cycles.

There are no hidden fees, and your utility service continues uninterrupted. Autopilot helps protect you from overpaying, even beyond the initial rate switch, without any extra effort on your part.
