What is Autopilot?

Autopilot is a feature that lets Arbor save you money, by automatically securing you a personalized electricity supply rate with our trusted supply partners.

When we secure a favorable rate, we’ll automatically submit you to it on your behalf, notifying you along the way. Your new fixed rate will then appear on your utility bill within 1–2 billing cycles.

There are no hidden fees, and your utility service continues uninterrupted. Autopilot helps ensure you’re always protected from overpaying, even beyond the initial rate switch, without any extra effort on your part.
