What happens if I turn Autopilot off?
If you turn Autopilot off for a utility account, Arbor will stop searching for a better rate plan for you.
We'll no longer look for a new rate plan until you turn Autopilot back on again, and you’ll be responsible for managing your electricity supply on your own.
Autopilot protects you from overpaying, with no hassle or hidden fees. If you’d like us to keep looking on your behalf, simply leave Autopilot on.
