FAQs

What happens if I turn Autopilot off?

If you turn Autopilot off for a utility account, Arbor will stop searching for a better rate for you.

We'll no longer be able to provide you with savings until you turn Autopilot back on again and you’ll be responsible for managing your electricity supply on your own.

Autopilot protects you from overpaying, with no hassle or hidden fees. If you’d like us to keep saving for you seamlessly, simply leave Autopilot on.
