What are the differences between the Autopilot Preferences
There are two preferences you can choose from:
Short-Term Preference: We prioritize shorter rate plans that we're confident will save you money over the life of the plan (typically 1–12 month contracts). We re-evaluate more often, so you can adapt as the market moves — though you may be more exposed to price swings between plans.
Long-Term Stability Preference: We prioritize longer rate plans that we're confident will save you money over the life of the plan, while protecting you from rising electricity prices — even if that means your rate begins slightly higher.
