No, we're not a supplier. Arbor is an app that secures better supply rate plans for you. We compare rate plans from competitive suppliers on your behalf. When you sign up and link your utility account, we will see if a better competitive supply rate plan is available than what you currently pay. If your electric supply rate is already better than the competitive rate plans available, we'll continue to monitor the market and let you know when we've found a better rate plan.
